#1: Stick to a Realistic Plan
Almost everything in Life pertains to planning, and that holds true for losing weight as well. However, it’s important to be clear about setting realistic goals for every other week. Of course, don’t forget to enjoy Life while you are at it.

#2: Sleep More
Getting sleep for more than 7 to 8 hours has numerous benefits to it. A faster metabolic rate as well as a stable appetite. In other words, it helps you to fight fat. So, make sure you get some rest as your body will benefit greatly from it.

#3: Rest less during your workout
If you have been working out for a while, you’d be aware that rest periods between exercises are necessary. One way to get the most out of your workout is to shorten these rest periods to 10 to 30 seconds so as to increase the intensity of your exercise while speeding up metabolism in the process.

#4: Lift heavy weights
Lifting heavy weights has a couple of advantages. One would be to activate more of your muscle fibers while the other involves increasing your resting metabolic rate. What the latter advantage points to is the ability to burn calories at a faster rate even when you are doing nothing at all.
