1. After your normal shower, rinse your body with cold water for 20 seconds

Why do this? To create thermogenesis within your body.

Your body burns off body fat to generate heat to counteract the slight lowering of your core temperature due to the cold water. Since I know that you won’t use cold water for your cold shower, I made it so you only need to use cold water at the very end for 15-20 seconds.

Just be sure to rinse your whole body. Thermogenesis will do the rest.

2. Belly Rubs

First, rub your hands together for 10 seconds. Next, rub small circles around your belly button with 1 of your hands for 20 seconds. Repeat.

Why does this work to lose stomach fat? Because the heat in your hands basically “NUKE” your fat cells. They don’t like heat. Now… will this destroy all your fat cells instantly? No. But over time and repeatedly doing these for a total of 3-4 minutes a day… YES, pretty much all your belly flab will dissolve and disappear.

3. Spin in a circle for 15-20 seconds at a time

What the heck… you’re thinking, huh? Well, here’s what’s happening when you’re spinning. You are sending a signal to your body’s Endocrine System to bring balance and harmony to your hormones.
